Waggle Return & Replacement Policy – Canada

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. That’s why we offer a straightforward and fair return and replacement policy for our customers. Here’s everything you need to know:


21-Day Return Policy

Eligibility:
You’re welcome to return your Waggle Pet Monitor or Camera within 21 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping and restocking fees). If your monitoring plan is active, we’ll cancel it and provide a pro-rated refund (please note: monthly plans are non-refundable).

How to Start a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our friendly Waggle Support team to get started. We’ll issue you an RMA (Return Material Authorization) form.

  2. Return Shipping: Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund:

    • Pet Monitor: $6–$8

    • RV MiniCam: $6–$8

Return Requirements:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, along with all included accessories.

  • We’ll inspect your return within 2 business days of receiving it.

  • If everything checks out, we’ll process your refund within 3 business days.

  • If the product has any damage (physical or water), we won’t be able to process the return and will send it back to you.

Quick Refunds for Cancellations:
If you cancel your order within an hour of purchase, you’re eligible for a full refund, processed within 2 business days.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Accessories: Standalone accessories (sold separately) are not eligible for return.

  • Damaged Items: Products showing physical or cosmetic damage are not eligible for a refund.

Important Note:
Return shipping labels are valid for 7 days. Please ship your item within this window to stay eligible for a refund.

 

Replacement Policy

Sometimes issues come up -  we’re here to help!

How It Works:

  1. Get in Touch: Contact Waggle Support and we’ll help determine if we can solve the issue remotely or if a replacement is necessary.

  2. Return Label: If a replacement is needed, we’ll email you a shipping label within 24 hours.

  3. Send It Back: Once you receive the label, please send the item back within 2 business days.

  4. Inspection: We’ll inspect the item within 2 business days after it arrives.

  5. New Device: If the item passes inspection, we’ll ship your replacement to you, either brand new or a factory-refurbished unit, depending on availability.

Replacement Requirements:

  • Please ensure the item is sent back in original condition with all accessories.

Replacement Timeline:
Replacements are typically initiated once we receive tracking confirmation that your return is on the way.
